Early American pressed glass match holder / toothpick holder made by Eagle Glass Company. Shaped like a bundle of cigars tied together with ribbon. Marked "Wheeling WV The Stogie City" on the bottom. It is a custard colored milk glass. It's a wonderful little souvenir item. Stands 2" tall and is just about 1 1/2" across the top. No chips or cracks.
Gold paint is showing lots of wear...but still somewhat present.
